I have re-entered society. I started on Monday the 30th at Titan Corp.,
and I must confess I like it. I have a cool office in Reston Town
Center, with a window overlooking the Starbucks, so I can watch all the
girls get their coffee in the morning. And at lunch. I have NO IDEA what
I did to deserve this.

I’m starting as a trainer for the Defense Threat Reduction agency (DTRA), teaching various agencies and local emergency responders how to use a software package that models casualties and damage resulting from release of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). It’s the cheery sort of topic that I can really get into.
So we’ll see how it goes. I’ve been willfully unemployed for the last
year and 8 months, and I don’t know what the hell difference it’s going
to make if any, but so far so good.
